Position Overview
We are looking for Landscape Lead Hands & Skilled Labourers to work on our teams this season! You will have a few seasons of landscape construction experience and continue to learn and improve under the crew foreman leader. You will have the opportunity to work on high-end projects, learn new skills, and build a career with a growing company.
These positions are full-time, includes benefits after three months, and include winter snow removal work.

What we need from you:
- most importantly a willingness to learn, positive attitude and a team player!
- 2 or more years of landscape construction experience required
- experience in operating landscaping equipment and machinery, with a commitment to safety and proper use.
- Valid G driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
What you will do:
- Participate in the execution of landscaping projects, including planting, hardscaping tasks.
- Participate in snow removal operations during the winter season
- operate landscape tools and heavy machinery
- Works with direct supervision of the Foremen
- work along side entry level crew members to help them improve and contribute
- Co-ordinates with on-site staff for timely completion of projects
- Works diligently toward building and maintaining a high level of quality
- Represent Partridge Fine Landscapes in a professional manner at all times, fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
